Testing and psycho-diagnostic techniques

Description

The aim of the “Testing and psycho-diagnostic techniques Lab” is to give the Department’s teachers and researchers the opportunity to consult the classic and updated material on psychological testing. Teachers, researchers and all those with a teaching contract at the Department of Psychology can consult the testing material in the Library or ask for a short-term loan.

The maximum loan time is seven days which is agreed with the Librarian; the loan can be renewed just once, upon request and once checks have been made that no one else has asked for the same material. The loan service is available in order to use the tests for teaching purposes. Loan for research purposes is only allowed should there be two other copies of the test still available in the Library. (Art.4 of the Regulation).

Further developments to the service can take place following future agreements. In fact, there is currently a three year agreement with the Order of Psychologists in Piedmont.

Access

The testing material is housed on the first floor of the Department of Psychology Library Federico Kiesow and provides eight work stations for consultation purposes and a computer.

The testing material can be consulted during the Department of Psychology Library’s opening hours which are Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm.
