Every Lab is coordinated by an Assistant Manager appointed by the Director. The Assistant Manager coordinates the technical staff and the work carried out in the Lab. He/she guarantees its maintenance, but also the renewal and use of the equipment according to the Regulations and ethics standards about research and privacy protection. The Assistant Manager also keeps track of authorised users who have received the necessary training regarding Lab equipment and safety precautions.
Here you can download the General Rules of the labs approved by the Department, although each Lab can also have additional specific rules concerning booking and authorising access as well as using research equipment.
